This is Russian Navy Flag of Russian Navy Task Force Commander . This Russian navy flag issued in 1993 and made out of 100% wool. The Russian navy flag is in very good condition for its age but it has a few small holes. Size is 53 x 34.5inches. The flag is ORIGINAL (see pictures). AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTEED !!! National USSR standard of 1981 (#GOST 9498-81). Made in Russian Federation in 1993. It has stamps (see pictures) number, year of issue, number of USSR standard, and factory stamp. It is very rare and great for collection.
