This box is completely hand made of wood in Belarus, USSR. It is decorated with straw. This box is designed and made specially to celebrate the 45th Anniversary of Victory over Nazis Germany. It was made in 1990. Look what kind of skill is involved in this work!!!! Each piece of straw is hand cut and glued on the wooden surface by the Belarusian artist. Can you imagine how much time was spent to make this box? The interior of the box is beautifully lined with different color fabric. You can use it for jewelry or any other purposes.
