This is original graduation badge of Soviet MVD Academy. MVD stands for Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is made out of heavy metal and enamel in 1970th. White color is hot enamel and red is cold enamel; screw back; 2-piece construction, gilded. Leningrad Mint. Screw plate is original with Leningrad Mint name on it.
