This is an extremely rare ORIGINAL awarded badge. It was issued by Ministry of USSR River Fleet. The badge was issued by USSR Mint in late 40th or early 50th. This beautiful badge was covered by 3 colors of hot enamel, gilded. The badge has 1179 low number. The badge was awarded to the winner of Socialist competition of Ministry of the River Fleet of the USSR. It is in the great condition but small piece of enamel at the bottom of badge is missing (see picture). Size is 2.5 inches, weight is 16.3 grams.
