Soviet USSR Military Navy Stem-Jack, issued, 100% wool, size 25x32''. National USSR standard of 1973 (#GOST 8498-73). Made in USSR in 1981 at the Soviet Naval factory. AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTEED !!! It has stamps (see details) number, year of issue, and number of USSR standard. The original USSR Navy flag is old and it might have some small signs of wearing, but it is in great shape for its age. It is very rare and great for collection. A stem-jack raised on a ship means that the ship belongs to the 1st or 2nd rank. The Stem-Jack rises on the Stem-Jack rod while the ship is on the anchor. Stem-Jack is also raised on the coastal fortresses.
