Large Authentic vintage Russian Navy Fleet Commander Flag, issued, 100% heavy wool, huge (size 55x79''). National USSR standard of 1981 (#GOST 8498-81). Made in Russia in 1993. It has stamps ''Fleet Commander'', year of issue, number of USSR standard, and factory stamp (see details). The navy flag is in very good condition for its age; but has some small holes from moth bites and a couple dirty spots (see pictures).Very rare, we have only one, great for collection.
