It is vintage absolutely gorgeous large bowl on pedestal made in USSR/Western Ukraine in 1970s. It is made out of wood and has special painting technique: it has many layers of lacquer. The Ukrainian artist lacquered the bowl after each color is painted. It has so many layers of lacquer as quantity of colors on the bowl. These many lacquer layers make the coating very thick and painting very shiny. The ornamental design is typical to the Western Ukraine Culture. Condition of the bowl look on the pictures. During this years the bowl lost a lot of lacquer cover especially inside. Specially priced. It great deal for person who can make restoration. The bowl is made out of 3 different parts. Size: 12” diameter x 7.5” H. It can be used for home or office decoration.
