This Banner was made in Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1960th. It was awarded to the winner of Socialist Competition. On the front it has portrait of Lenin and the writing in Ukrainian language ''Under the guidance of the Communist party we are moving ahead to the victory of Communism'' Portait of Lenin is hand painted. All letters and leaves around Lenin's portrait are embroidered (see details) . On the back side it has hand embroideredemblem of Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. It also has hand embroidered writing ''From Regional Communist Party Committee to the winner of Socialist competition''. It is made out of two layers of heavy velvet. It has golden fringes from three sides. Size is 66x50'' (without fringes). Very rare piece.
