This Banner was made in USSR in 1970th. It was awarded for the high achievements in Socialist Labor Competition. On the front it has portrait of Lenin and the writing ''Awarded Banner for the high achievements in Socialist Labor Competition''. On the backside it has emblem of USSR with writing in 15 languages of 15 Soviet Republics ''Proletariat of all Countries, unite''. It also has Lenin's quotation ''We will come to the victory of communist labor''. Portrait and all writing is hand painted, it is one of a kind (see details). It is made out of two layers of heavy velvet. It has golden fringes from three sides. Size is 65x46'' (without fringes). Very rare piece.
