This is ORIGINAL USSR Vintage Diploma. The Diploma was issued to the Delegation of Smolivichi District Komsomol Committee to award for the II place in Campaign “Memory†of the XXI regional rally to commemorate Soviet Revolutionary, combat, and labor glory of USSR Communist Party and Soviet people. The Diploma was issued in June 1987 and signed by Chairman of Minsk Regional Tourist Committee F.K. Solyanik. Size is 11.5 x 7.8''. Condition is Excellent. It is unique item and we have only one.
