It is original Soviet Navy officer parade belt with hanging dagger accessories. It is made in USSR (Soviet Union) in 1989 and has original tag of Soviet Military factory in Moscow (see detail). The belt is made out of velvet. The Soviet USSR Navy parade belt became quite rare and great for any collection. Very good vintage condition.
