Information about Vladimir Chernyshov taken from AI: Vladimir Fedorovich Chernyshov  is a distinguished painter, graphic artist, and production designer.  Penza Art College: He enrolled at the Penza Art College named after K.A. Savitsky in 1955 and graduated successfully in 1960. Further Education: Following his time in Penza, he studied at the prestigious painting and art faculty of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) in Moscow from 1962 to 1968. Career: He went on to have a prominent career as a film production designer at the Belarusfilm studio and served as the chief artist of the Academic Russian Drama Theater in Minsk. He is a member of the Union of Artists and the Union of Cinematographers.  The master's works are in the collections of the National Art Museum of Belarus, the Belarusian Union of Artists, galleries of many Russian cities, private collections in the USA, France, Denmark, Italy.
