The book is written in Russian. This book was written by L. I. Lifshits. It is very nice OLD album; dust jacket, cloth binding, the illustrations are made on heavy fine paper. The book is in very good condition; very thick and heavy almost 7 lb. Size: 13 x 9.75 inches. The album has a lot of information about Russian antique religious paintings of the ancient City of Novgorod. The most of the illustrations show the original not restored pantings and frescoes.
