Copper-Nickel 1 Ruble issued in 1965, USSR. Weight 9.85 grams, diameter 31 mm, thickness 2 mm. The coin was issued in 1965 to commemorate 20 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Obverse description: Above the coat of arms of the USSR with 15 turns of tape, below the left letter ''SS'', on the right ''SR'', between them a line in the middle of which there is a horizontal rhombus, even below the word ''ONE'' and below along the edging the word ''RUBLE''. There is a dotted bezel along the protruding edge of the coin. Reverse description: On the left, above and on the right along the edge of the coin there is an inscription “VICTORY OVER FASCIST GERMANYâ€, in the middle there is a monument to the liberator-soldier of the sculptor E.V.
