Copper-Nickel 1 Ruble issued in 1982, USSR. Weight 12.8 grams, diameter 31 mm, thickness 2.3 mm. The coin was issued in 1982 to commemorate 60 years of USSR. The obverse:from above is the coat of arms of the USSR with 15 turns of the tape, to the left of it the letters «CC», to the right «CP», below the face value of the coin «1» and below the word «РУБЛЬ» (RUBLE). At the bottom of the border the year of issue 1985. The reverse: in the center of the coin against the rays of the rising sun, the image of V. I. Lenin. At the bottom of the coin, on the background of laurel branches, the inscription in two lines «60 ЛЕТ» (60 YEARS). On the circumference of the coin is the inscription «СОЮЗ СОВЕТСКИХ СОЦИÐЛИСТИЧЕСКИХ РЕСПУБЛИК» (UNION OF SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLICS).
