Vintage 1940s USSR original steel helmet (kaska) SSh 40 made in USSR. We have 2 variations: 1940s and 1950s. The steel helmets of 1940s -1950s styles were changed in 1960. 1940s - 1950s helmets have the inside 3 pads system and 6 rivets on the bottom of the helmet (see picture inside of helmet); the 1960s helmets have 4 pads system, 4 rivets on the bottom and 2 on the top of the helmet. The 1940s & 1950s helmets became very rare for collectors. Both helmets have original USSR Military stamps with year of production. Weight is about 3 LB. They are in very good vintage condition; they have some signs of wearing. Pictures are part of description. Ship from Texas in 2 business days.
