This is an ORIGINAL Vintage extremely rare cover for diploma awarded by Central Committee of Communist Party of Belarus, Council of Ministers of Belarus, Council of Trade Union of Belarus, and Central Committee of Young League of Communist Party of Belarus (this is a joint award from all these organizations). The Diploma is covered by transparent film. In the upper right corner small peace of the film is missing. Size is 16x11.5'' (when it is closed). This is great piece for collection (we have only one).
